The real estate sales contract must be notarized. This contract is drawn up in the form of a "notarski zapis", the notarization cost of which is determined by paragraphs 1 and 2 of tariff number 1 of the notarial fee schedule. From January 1, 2024, a progressive scale of real estate turnover tax is introduced, starting at 3% of the property value.
